Privacy Policy
Last Updated:
JDApplications ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Kaddie Golf Course Solutions platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when golf courses and their website visitors interact with our multi-tenant SaaS platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & Billing Details: Administrative contacts, business addresses, and payment card details processed securely via Stripe.
- CMS & Content Data: Text, course rates, scorecards, staff directories, images, and logos uploaded via the platform CMS.
- End-User / Visitor Data: Lead capture form submissions (such as names, emails, phone numbers, and inquiry notes) submitted by website visitors. This is the only visitor data the platform collects — the course websites set no analytics or advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Information
- To provision, maintain, and secure your multi-tenant website instance, custom domain mapping, and SSL certificates.
- To process subscription and setup payments and manage account billing.
- To route lead capture form submissions directly to the respective golf course's management team.
- To manage support requests, track monthly plan allocations, and troubleshoot technical platform issues.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with:
- Service Providers: Trusted infrastructure and payment partners required to operate the SaaS platform. These are Vercel (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (database, file storage, and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). We also use Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim to display current conditions for a course; those requests contain the course's location and nothing about a visitor.
- Golf Course Recipients: Lead data collected via lead forms is transmitted directly to the specific golf course client for whom the inquiry was made.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process to safeguard our legal rights.
4. Data Security
We implement robust technical and organizational measures, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure, and multi-tenant isolation, to protect stored data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Your Rights
Golf course administrators can update or manage their account and CMS data at any time via their platform dashboard. Website visitors seeking to access, modify, or delete lead form data must contact the specific golf course directly, as the individual course acts as the data controller for its end-users.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms and policies from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material updates via email or through the platform dashboard.
